Your order will ship in approximately 2-3 business days. You will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for movement of your package. Tracking numbers indicate your order has been dropped off at the post office, which means it is now out of my hands. Most orders shipped within the continental United States will arrive within a week.
Due to the carbon emissions and cost involved with processing returned purchases, please let me know if you have any problem upon receipt of your order, and I will do my best to fix things. Send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with a picture of damaged merchandise. Claims will only be valid within 30 days after USPS confirms delivery to your address.
All bracelets have a two-year replacement warranty. If your bracelet pops, please feel free to let me know. Make sure to document the occasion, so I will be able to apply proper cautions in the future.

No Commissions/ Customs
At this time, I will not do any custom work. If you do not see it on the website, please do not ask me to make it. I will gladly refer you to other artists who can make the design that you want.
Joforia Jewels does not have access to credit card information. We will not sell your information to third party marketing information. You will only be contacted via email regarding order information. Joforia Jewels rarely sends marketing emails. However, you are free to unsubscribe at any time.
